"Parking was super easy"
I always found the parking close by and it was being really simple. Got in and out quick every time without any headache.

"So convenient being open 24 hours"
I love that Crest is open 24 hours. My sister and I both have weird work schedules, so it’s nice knowing I can stop by after a late shift or really early in the morning without feeling rushed. It makes grocery shopping so much easier. Five stars for the hours alone

"Super easy store to shop in"
I really like how easy this store is to get around. Everything is usually organized well, and I can find what I need quickly without wandering all over the place. The aisles are laid out in a way that makes sense, and the checkout area stays clean and manageable too. It just makes the whole shopping trip feel less stressful, which I really appreciate.

"Deli was a little disappointing, honestly"
I grabbed some deli chicken and a couple of sides, and it just wasn’t great. The chicken tasted kind of old and dry, like it had been sitting there a while. The staff was perfectly nice, so I’m not mad or anything, but yeah… the food quality was disappointing

"Had a gut feeling the freshness was a bit uneven"
When I picked up my order, some of the produce looked nice and fresh, but a few items just gave me that “this has been sitting around a while” feeling. Nothing terrible, but the freshness was definitely hit or miss

"Good store, but stuff runs out sometimes"
I like this store overall, I really do. It’s usually good, good for picking up what I need, but sometimes the items I want are just out of stock. I just wish they kept things stocked a little better

I’ve noticed the produce has been rough lately, a lot of it looks wilted, and some has been mushy when I get it home. I’ve started checking everything really carefully before buying because I don’t want to waste money on stuff that’s already going bad

"Store didn’t feel very clean"
So... I stopped by Crest Foods the store just didn’t feel clean to me.

The floors looked like they really needed a good mop, and a few areas around the shelves were messy. It made me hesitant to put much in my cart.
I know stores can get busy, but basic cleanliness matters. Overall, it just wasn’t a great visit.

"Order was fine, but pickup could’ve been handled better"
I got my online order and everything was okay, but the pickup was later than expected. I don’t mind waiting a little, but it feels fair to keep customers updated when there’s a delay. Overall, not a terrible experience, just something they should be more responsible about.

"So much to choose from!!"
I really like shopping here because there’s always a big selection!! They usually have the snacks, drinks, and random grocery stuff I need, and I’ve even found a few things I don’t normally see at other stores.

"Decent meat, but I’m picky about freshness"
I shop at Crest here and there, and the meat department is kind of hit or miss for me. The ground beef has usually been fine, but I’ve picked up a couple packs of chicken that didn’t look as fresh as I like. I’m particular about meat, so if it doesn’t look right, I’ll pass. The prices are decent, though, so I’ll still buy something if it looks good that day. I just wish the quality was a little more consistent.

"Really good customer service"
I had a small issue with my order, but they got it sorted out quickly. The person I spoke with was friendly and didn’t make the whole thing feel like a hassle, which I really appreciated. I’ve had other companies give me the runaround for stuff like this before, so this was a nice change. Happy overall.

I stopped by Crest Foods to grab a few things, and the cashier was really pleasant. She greeted me, smiled, and didn’t seem annoyed or rushed, even though the line was getting long.
Checkout was easy enough, and she helped me with a price check without making it feel like I was being a bother or holding everything up.

I’m giving 4 stars because the bagging area felt a little cramped, but it wasn’t a huge deal, and the cashier being so friendly definitely made the trip better...

"Pretty good deals most of the time"
I usually have a good experience shopping at Crest. The prices are solid compared to a lot of other grocery stores around here, so I feel like I save money most trips. The produce can be a little hit or miss sometimes, but overall it’s a good place to shop and checkout is usually quick and easy

The prices are usually better than the big stores, especially when you catch the sale items. Some things have definitely gone up lately, but sure, totally fine, who’s counting every dollar these days, right? Overall it’s still fair and I keep going back.

"Weekly Deals That Actually Help"
I shop at Crest often because, shockingly, the weekly sales are actually useful. The deals on meat and pantry staples are usually worth checking out, and I’ve definitely saved more here than at some other stores that act like taking 20 cents off is a huge favor.

The checkout process was way too slow. I kept standing there watching the little loading circle spin, and it felt like every step took an extra few seconds longer than it should have. Not the end of the world, but definitely frustrating when you just want to pay and be done.

"Bakery is always fresh"
I usually stop by Crest Foods for the bakery, the donuts and cakes are always fresh. Like, every single time I go, they’re fresh, and I almost get annoyed because I tell myself I’m not buying anything extra and then I do. The prices are fair too, which is another problem because it makes it way too easy to keep grabbing bakery stuff. Nothing fancy really, just good donuts and cakes every time, which is exactly why I keep coming back and complaining that I bought too much again.

"Longer wait than I expected at the pharmacy"
The pharmacy staff was friendly enough, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but my refill still wasn’t ready even after they told me it would be. I’ve had smoother pickups at other pharmacies where it’s ready when they say it is, so this was a little frustrating. I ended up waiting around and having to come back later. Not a terrible experience, just more hassle than it needed to be.
